Responsibilities:
Write social media captions, educational posts, and campaign messaging
Create visual assets (graphics, carousels, infographics) using Canva or similar tools
Collaborate with other team members to align posts with monthly themes or calls to action
Ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, accessible, and culturally relevant
Adapt content for Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and LinkedIn (as needed)
Ideal Skills:
Strong writing or graphic design skills
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms
Understanding of brand consistency and tone
Eye for trends and visual storytelling
Bonus: knowledge of accessibility (alt text, contrast, inclusive language)
Position Summary: Edit engaging short-form videos (30–90 seconds) for Reels, TikTok, Stories, and YouTube Shorts that inspire, inform, and activate viewers.
Responsibilities:
Cut and edit campaign footage, interviews, and user-generated clips
Add music, subtitles, logos, transitions, and visual effects
Format videos for each platform’s specifications and trends
Collaborate with content creators and storytellers to match tone and purpose
Help build a short-form video library for future use
Ideal Skills:
Experience with CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, iMovie, or similar tools
Comfortable editing vertical video for Instagram/TikTok
Ability to capture attention in the first 3 seconds
Knowledge of trending audio, hashtags, and social hooks
Position Summary: Actively grow and nurture our social media community through comments, shares, DMs, and follower engagement campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to comments, reactions, and DMs in a timely and positive manner
Initiate and guide conversations that align with our mission and values
Boost content reach during engagement sprints or campaign launches
Track engagement trends and flag messages that need staff attention
Share user-generated content, stories, and interactions with the team

Position Summary: Tell powerful stories from our community and build relationships with content creators and micro-influencers who share our values.
Responsibilities:
Interview volunteers, impacted individuals, and community members
Turn stories into posts, carousels, or video scripts
Identify influencers with aligned missions and help build relationships
Draft and manage outreach messages for collaboration
Track success metrics on storytelling pieces (shares, comments, reach)

Position Summary: Support fundraising campaigns and donor engagement by helping plan events, write appeals, and develop relationships with supporters.
Responsibilities:
Assist with donor outreach and thank-you communications
Support planning and logistics for fundraising events
Help craft messaging for giving campaigns (e.g., Giving Tuesday, year-end)
Participate in brainstorming sessions for donor cultivation strategies
Track and report on donor engagement activities
